Confidentiality. It is the policy of Enterprise Capital Partners, LLC ("ECP") to protect the privacy of our clients who share personal and financial information with us in the course of doing business with ECP. We treat your information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it. ECP protects your privacy and treats as confidential any personal or company financial or business information we receive in the course of providing our financial services to you. We are providing you with our Privacy Policy in accordance with Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations.

Categories of Information We Collect. ECP collects and maintains information about our clients so that we can evaluate their financial needs and provide a broad range of financial services. You may provide information to your ECP Representative or others at ECP when communicating with us in writing, electronically, or by phone.

Depending on the circumstance, information may also come from consumer reporting agencies and those providing services to us.
